Delivery of goods
An authorised courier of LP EXPRESS will deliver your purchased goods to your door in the entire territory of Lithuania.
When the goods are prepared for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail. The goods are delivered within 2-5 business days depending on the season and the delivery address. During a festive period, it may take up to 10 days to deliver the goods.
Before delivery of the goods, the courier will contact you by the telephone number indicated by you and agree on the time of delivery of the consignment. In case of a failure to contact you, the courier will deliver the good at the indicated address and, in the event of a failure to hand over the consignment, the courier will leave a notification specifying the address of storage of the parcel which was not handed over and/or telephone number by which the consignee may receive information on the stored parcel collection conditions in the mail box. A not delivered parcel is stored in the place indicated by LP EXPRESS or, if the consignee agrees, the parcel is shipped to the chosen post office or LP EXPRESS parcel terminal.
A not collected parcel is returned to the store of AMARIVUS UAB.
Please note that you have to indicate the correct telephone and delivery address at which you stay when the courier delivers the goods to you.
